Dubida has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 business days from the date your order was delivered to return it to our returns center for a refund. They must be sent in their original condition, by contacting customer service at the following address: care@dubidaparis.com.
In order to make a return, please send the following message to our customer service by email: I would like to make a return of ___ (quantity of items) concerning the order _______ (order number).
An explanatory email will then be sent to you.
We do not offer an exchange service. You can therefore return your order for a refund, and place a new order.
