Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for the package, so you can follow its progress. All orders are shipped by our carrier and are fully traceable on their website, thanks to the tracking link. You can always contact them if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

Return policy
Returns are free in Metropolitan France.
You have 14 working days from the delivery date of your order to return it to our returns center for a refund. They must be sent in their original condition, by contacting customer service at the following address: care@dubidaparis.com.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer an exchange service, so you can return your order for free for a refund, and place a new order.
Make a return

An explanatory email will be sent to you.
Package abyss
If you receive a damaged package, we invite you to keep it carefully, and to take photos of the box. You must then contact our customer service if you notice an anomaly in the order received.
